Originally an aspiring graphic or web designer, self taught illustrator Raphael Vicenzi found that neither of these paths where to his liking. He instead focused himself on training and developing his illustration skills, and the result is his freelance pseudo Mydeadpony.
Raphaël’s illustrations are a mix of soft, delicate lines, strong colour pallets and outlines. The result is deep textured pieces that both capture the imagination, and hold interest. Raphaël combines hand painted watercolours, doodles, textures and combines them in Photoshop with a few effects to give the desired outcome.
