Established American born painter Kent Williams has in the past, realised his work through various artistic channels including that of graphic novels. From 1983–1985, Williams was a regular contributor to Marvel Comics’ as well as a regular cover artist for Vertigo’s Hellblazer in 1990–1991. Williams’ work has been the subject of a number of solo exhibitions over the past ten years, and has been the recipient of a number of awards for his work.
Williams returned as a visiting instructor to the Pratt Institute where he had studied. He currently resides in Los Angeles, and teaches painting at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
