Francoise Neilly is a French artist I stumbled across on the Behance Network several months ago. Her work is fascinating, fresh, intriguing, vibrant, and even a bit sexy. She creates paintings that generally focus on the human form or portrait. I adore her work, and if I had a music album cover on the horizon, I would jump at the chance to use her.
